If you want to get started right away, then Visit Clayton in Lavinth, a city in the world of Eliyo. Clayton is a breeder of sorts and may be willing to help you out. He knows a lot about taking care of elons too.

As you wander out of Lavinth and towards the swampy forest, you note a small shack. It's rather old and worn, but not in a concerning way. On the porch you see an adult women, wearing worn leather protective gear common to those who train Elons. She's watching a few of her own run about in front of her house, straw hat shading her eyes. As you get closer you notice the rest of the property, several smaller nest houses for Elons and fencing, you even note a sign that says "For Sale". You startle hearing "Hey there stranger! It's rare to find people near my property nowadays, you looking for some Elons? I'm no breeder like Clayton, but I raise pretty good wild caught ones and find quite the interesting specimens. Especially those with the weird eyes." She motions to the paddock with the "Sales" sign. "Or perhaps you're looking for the owner of the Dragon's Garden. It's been some time since I've gotten around to restocking, been busy with my own personal projects, but am getting back into the swing of things so there should be stuff there soon enough!" You take a moment to ponder your next course of action as she smiles warmly at you.
